Job Summary

Job purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for providing roastering, supervision and control room duties. Provides hands-on development of risk models involving deployment and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively. The incumbent must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 Roastering

 Deployment and redeployments

 Site survey and security audits

 Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified during supervision and client feedbacks.

 Supervision of guards on sites.

 Develops and oversees the implementation of the scope and work plan for deployment.

 Oversees the conduct of controls related investigations for departments as requested

 Develops the necessary plans to ensure that the Department meets its agreed goals and objectives, meets departmental staff on a monthly basis, identifies and agrees on key result areas, key objectives/tasks, and action plans.

 Identifies possible vacancies and where applicable, suitable candidates internally or externally, and arranges for the appointment of suitable staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

 6 ‘O’ Levels including English and Maths

 2 ‘A’ Levels

 Diploma in Security Risk management or equivalent.

 Class 3 or 4 (but preferably class 3 will be an advantage)

 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar or related environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a Supervision position on a security company.
